Getting accurate and useful information, quickly and easily, to inform your business decisions.
For most users, two key factors describe the real power of a system's report function: its ability to provide the exact information they need and the ease and speed with which they can obtain the information.
The Solution:
To optimize these factors, we have developed two primary reporting methods in the Harvest Contract Management System, namely:
- A fully integrated Data Retriever, with more than 150 fields available to query. The Data Retriever enables complete ad hoc reporting, so you can select precisely the data you want to see, and then export that data to Excel, Access or Word to format as you wish.
- More than forty Standard Reports with extensive parameters and drop-down menus that qualify the contents. Very flexible, because one size does not fit all.
Harvest's reporting system includes:
- The ability to preview a report on the screen and then instantly export it to other formats, such as Adobe (pdf), Excel, Word, HTML, ODBC, Crystal Reports, Text, etc.
- The ability to generate a variety of reports in graphical format, such as bar charts, pie charts, and line charts.
- The ability to report business information across multiple Payors and multiple Facilities, where applicable.
- The ability to run numerous reports in batch mode at a scheduled date and time.
